The Sofia Sister Small is a reusable menstrual cup made from 100% medical-grade silicone, with a 28 ml capacity and a soft, flexible feel. Instead of absorbing menstrual fluid, it gently collects it, so you can wear it for up to 12 hours before removing, cleaning and reinserting it.

If you’re new to menstrual cups, the Small is a lovely place to start. It’s generally suited to those under 30, with a low cervix, bladder sensitivity or a light to medium flow. The compact shape measures 43 mm across and 63.8 mm long, including a 16.3 mm stem, so it’s easy to carry in its storage bag and get on with your day. You can swim, exercise, travel or sleep through the night without having your period get in the way.
