Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. All packages are shipped in plain, unbranded packages (or boxes for bigger orders) with no reference to LoveCo or the contents inside. All orders are double-wrapped, offering another layer of protection and discretion. This ensures that nobody can peek inside, nor can anyone feel what's in the order, etc. We make sure that all orders are private and discreetly packaged.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow it online.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, we offer express delivery options for faster shipping. Select this at checkout if you need your order urgently.
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
Couriers will leave a notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection at a nearby location.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
